Jagoda Lazarek, PhD Eng. PhD in computer science — AI Strategy & Data Quality, innovation, podcast host. For 15+ years I've been turning technology into concrete outcomes — and helping leaders build the skills their teams need in a world shaped by AI.
I hold a PhD in Computer Science from Lodz University of Technology and I'm a TOP 500 Innovators alumna (University of Cambridge, University of Oxford, Imperial College London). I also did a research stay at IBM Research Haifa.
I specialize in practical applications of AI: computer vision, recommender systems and decision-support. Most of my attention, though, goes to the foundations AI can't move without — data quality and process. I work with teams and leaders to turn technology ideas into concrete solutions and business models.
As an expert in the Innovation Coach programme, I help Polish companies uncover their innovation potential, commercialize technology and navigate the world of R&D funding.
I speak at Polish and international conferences, bridging the perspective of a researcher and a business practitioner. I run strategic workshops for boards and coaching programmes for R&D teams.
