Which industries do you work with?

Most often in industries with strong potential for AI, computer vision, new technologies and automation: manufacturing, retail, healthcare, finance, the public sector and sports-tech. I'm not bound to a sector — what matters is whether the problem is worth solving with AI.

Do you work with startups?

Yes — particularly with deep-tech and academic spin-offs. Most often as a mentor, go-to-market advisor and support for R&D funding.

How is the engagement priced?

After the intro call I prepare a short proposal with scope, schedule and a pricing model (day-rate, project-based or retainer).
